I've had my fill of Caribbean food because of the clients I entertain and I have grown to appreciate the different spices and aroma although some can send you to the dry cleaners after. The food is fine but compared to other resturants the curries seem to be watered down. The fry chicken is delicious compared to the run of the mill fry chicken outlets. This Caribbean resturant is different to the other small stores I've been to; they lack customer service, the manager or supervisor there needs to be pro-active. The owners should consider new floor management, even if just for a 3 month trial and see if things improve. CB Smith jr.
